I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I did not enjoy my time at this place. The help was not well qualified and had to ask several questions during a simple filling. The front desk was unfriendly and difficult to work with. They over charged me even though they are in my insurance network and became very rude when I first questioned the service price. DO NOT Pay in advance if you are expecting insurance to pay any of it. They will not refund you unless you are willing to fight. Do not go to this dentist, even if they are in your insurance network.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
