I was in Austin visiting my grandparents and decided to go and try hay elotes for the first ..hated it. Long line and it didn't even taste good at all

I normally come to this Hay Elotes on the eastside. The owners have always been so nice to us. Lately the staff has let me NOT want to come here anymore. The ladies are so rude, I know that it's always busy and I understand that but they look frustrated when all we want it an elote or ice cream. I'm disappointed. I make all the line to when It's my turn I get a horrible service. The cashier is really rude and acts like she doesn't know spanish.... I hope no one gets this ugly experience and the owners take action.

El elote no tiene sabor, y las fresas con crema son un fraude
As soon as i walk in no welcome nothing i order a sour chetos and the girl tryed offering me some that were already in the counter because the previous customer disnt want them i told her no and they got upset and made my order really messed up i also ordered some nachos with just cheese she charged me 5$ for just chips and nachos ridiculous never going back.

The Howard lane location is honestly so much better! Everything on the menu is terrific!! Delicious ice cream, mangonadas, nachos, everything:)
