Don’t recommend Hay Elotes. Got corn in a cup and the corn was white, not yellow like it should be which means it’s not fresh. The corn was also squishy and had no flavor, like it had been frozen for a long time and just reheated. Could only take 2 bites before feeling grossed out.
la comida no sabe buena .. Theres really good places here in austin and hay elotes is not one of them. ive orderd rusas and they add alot of Spicy powder. sandias LOCAS dont even look like the once they upload. im very disapointed i expected better

Las empleadas tienen mal comportamiento con los clientes, y si les preguntas por algo de contestan muy groseras, mi elote estaba completamente seco le pedi ala señora que me echara jugo del elote y me dijo que ya avian echado el elote en el refri, cuando lo probe estava frio que ni la matequilla se avia derretido.. la verdad nunca mas voy a recomendar este lugar y no es la primera vez que pasa esto
RecommendedLiterally one of my favorite spots in Austin. Never disappointed. Nachos, Elote and frescas con crema are so good!! But the Birria taco... are AMAZING!! Never had them before and this was great introduction to them. These are from the 7th st location.

It looks nice from the outside but very dirty from the inside(Howard location) and it had a funny smell, nothing a little tlc couldn’t fix so idk why they haven’t 🤔 Over all I think they just need way better management.
