These are extremely pushy door-to-door solicitors. At first I tried to politely but firmly say no, but the interaction went on for far too long. I felt really uncomfortable during the whole talk, and had to shut the door mid-conversation because they kept pushing. The salesperson was extremely disrespectful and condescending. I even offered to take their business card as a compromise, but of course he didn’t have one because they want to scam customers out of their money.
Initial treatment completed as promised and technician politely answered all questions with knowledge and confidence.
Brian from ProForce was professional, polite and did an excellent job installing my termite prevention disks. He got right to the job and completed it in an hour or less. I like how ProForce always lets you know when the technician will arrive and the technician lets you know when he completes the job and leaves. This is a plus. Thanks ProForce. And thanks Brian for today’s installation!! I give him 5 gold stars.
This company has excellent customer service and they are quick and efficient. Brian was very helpful and worked with me on scheduling as my work schedule is hectic. Definitely recommend this company
