Unethical company with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They let their salesmen lie, use manipulation, and not give you all the information to get you to sign up. Then, when you contact their customer service about it, they DO NOT CARE. To top it off, to cancel you then have to pay $200 for EACH service. Such a scam. Extremely disappointed.
I have been with Hawx for several years now, Their technicians are great. Recently, I had my quarterly service performed by Laura Hurley, I am pleased as usual with the results. I love the fact She listened to our concern about a new ant bed and treated it with no problem. The chemicals they use do the trick every time. I have never had to have them return before next scheduled trip. I give Laura Hurley And Hawx a 5 rating.
