I’ve had a great experience at Acasa Willowbrook Apartments! The community is well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other essentials. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Acasa Willowbrook and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!
I’m very disappointed with how my scheduled appointment was handled today. We had an appointment for me to tour the apartments, and I made arrangements in my work schedule specifically to be here on time. I even canceled meetings to make sure I could attend. I arrived as scheduled and waited for more than 30 minutes, but I did not receive any call or text letting me know that you were running late or that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Final update due to us finally moving into a house: Another low housing company has bought these apartments and even though we had signed a lease last year, they claim that since a new company took over that we were no longer on a lease and instead we were paying the month to month rate. It wasn't that big of a difference, but it would've been nice if they had said something via text or email. I only found out because I went to the office to let them know that we weren't renewing. Did a tour of the property with leasing agents. She is so sweet and welcoming to potential residents. Gave me a guided tour of the amenities and two-bedroom model. Standard quality interior for 35-year old property. Some units are being renovated. Looking to move into the Simpsonville area, but no one-bedroom availability at the time. Still would recommend!
