The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance crew are also friendly and know how to get things working againg when it break down in the apartment. The neighbors are also friendly. oh also its pet friendly
we love living at Hawthorne! everyone is so friendly and the amenities are awesome! the apartments are very spacious and the dog park is also very big. definitely recommend living here!
I’ve been at Hawthorne Park South for almost four years and it’s been great!! Staff are always nice and welcoming and if you ever need anything fixed they get it done as quick as possible. Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to try Hawthorne Park South!!

The office staff and maintenance are very professional, punctual and courteous. The appartment are spacious and the community is friendly.
we love the staff here! Our apartment is larger than most we looked at elsewhere. We are happy living here.
So glad I moved into this community. Completely different atmosphere than other apartments I have lived in. They care about their residents. If you are thinking about moving here, you will not be disappointed. They have community events so you get to know your neighbors, they keep the property clean, and they are quick to fix any maintenance requests. Thank you to the awesome staff, keep up the great work.
We found them to be beautiful and the staff very helpful. The amenities are a selling point as well as the zoned bedrooms and pantry.
This place is horrible my apartment got broken into and they did absolutely nothing , my back door was kicked in and they never fixed it or boarded the door up , after expressing to them I have a daughter who lives here they still did nothing this is not a safe place to stay at all , and the management are very disrespectful and rude , I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NEVER MOVE HERE
