the staff is so nice and Dr Albertson is amazing . She has the best beside manners and answers? and don't rusht to get out. I found me a new Gyn
I was brought to my room in a timely manner. The MA was very pleasant. I had to wait naked in the room for 48 minutes for the doctor to come in to see me. When I questioned her she said it was very typical of this office. If it’s typical why make an appointment.
RecommendedDr.Scherr is the best so compassionate explains things and takes her time with you.Also has a great personality!!
I have been going here for about 4 years. Dr. Thompson delivered my baby girl 1.5 years ago. He is excellent. He was very gentle and I never felt rushed. He took great care of me and my daughter during delivery. The wait for your appointment does get old. There is no point to show up early because you rarely go back on time. Other than that, the staff is kind.
Sat there 35 minutes past my appointment time; was not told why. NO communication whatsoever! And when I complain I get dismissed as a "Patient"! Total BS!!!
All the doctors and staff are amazing. They are always caring and friendly.
Love this place and these people! Would never ever go anywhere else!
