Don't Move Here- Just Don't Do It My experience with this place started out alright. They moved me into a unit last summer with a broken intercom and broken AC and I chalked it up to the unit being empty for awhile and let it slide. After waiting until September for the AC to be fixed (meaning I had no AC for the summer, they didn't even bother with the intercom), I should have took that as a warning for what was to come. Read this before committing to this apartment complex We lived in two different buildings and experinced many issues in both. First building we lived in had a dishwasher that leaked, and a fridge that leaked. Both took 2 weeks or more to get replaces. And that was after constant calls and a letter stating we wouldn't pay rent until it was fixed. A.C. in both places didn't work. They never fixed it in the first place no matter how many times we tried to tell them. Second building it worked then stopped after we didn't have it... read more

DONT move here until they get new management I moved in mid April of 2016. For the first 3 days there was no water to the shower or dishwasher. They managed to fix the shower after about 3 days. It took over a week for them to hook up water to the dishwasher. That’s when I discovered that the plumbing to the kitchen sink was done wrong – if you poured anything down the sink it ended up in the bottom of the dishwasher.
