I was so looking forward to moving into my apartment at Hawthorne Creekside in 2019, but it was a disaster from almost the beginning due to the poorly maintained buildings/apartment and issues with the HVAC system. The bigger issue was the AC, which did not work almost from day 1. The maintenance men came quickly every time, but there was always an issue. Freon would not hold a charge, unit froze up several times, and dirty coils inside and out that made unit run less efficiently and caused air quality problems inside. I... read more
Hawthorne is wonderful! We have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, also the community is very clean and quiet! I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I move out in a couple of weeks for new jobs and we are so sad to go! The staff (especially Julie!) has been so great to us. The maintenance request always come quickly, and they have a lot of parties and get together hosted by the front office. The price has gone up, but for the location and amenities, I feel like it's a very affordable.
