Excellent location and Jill and the management team are nice and super helpful. Would recommend renting from Hawthorne Buildings!
I had an efficiency here for two years and honestly it was fantastic. Lots of space, well maintained areas and the nicest landlord ever. They're super responsive if somethings not working or was broken., plus the rooms were surprisingly quiet for being right over State Street. The only downside (if you want to call it that) is that the apartments have been around awhile, so it wont have any marble counter-tops, or stainless steel fridges, but if you want a reasonable rent and a room where everything works, this is it.
