We have lived here since Sept 2018 and it has been perfect for us. Its a resort style living with a great on property staff.

This place is amazing , staff is very friendly and they always do fun stuff for Residents we always feel like we live in Resort they spoil us we love love ❤️ it here no Place like any other In Ooltewah this place is one of the Best to live in and feel special especially Having Starbucks coffee every day Fresh !!!
A Wonderful Place To Live!
We are new oldies to the summit & wish we had come sooner! From the first visit, move in, settling in and making new friends we have been made welcome. Our community is a busy place with activities, top notch amnenities, fabulous management and the best-all ages living life. Come join us and find your place at the summit.
My family and I are so happy here. The staff and community are all very nice and personable. This is such a resort style life I'm leading!!
We moved here end of June and we ABSOLUTELY love it here. It's a great place for families and everyone is so friendly here.
