One of a kind! The Hawthorne at the Summit is an excellent place to live. My apartment as well as the facility and grounds are taken care of with pride. The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to requests that are made. This location is minutes away from restaurants shopping or the interstate. Most importantly, I feel safe and secure knowing that me and my family are being taken care of. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family. Great place to live!

Best place in Chattanooga My Wife and I lived here for 3 years before moving into our house. The apartments and amenities are great but honestly they’re not what makes this place amazing. The staff, front office and maintenance, are incredible. Every conversation I ever had was a great experience. They were always quick to follow up and follow through. They bent over backwards more than once to make things easier for us.

Perfect place to call home I have lived here for 3 years and I just have to say that it is luxurious. I wanted to write a review because today I found that the staff put on an Easter egg hunt all around the property. The staff is always welcoming and have bent over backwards for my family personally as well. Pool is always kept clean and the neighbors respect one another. This place is amazing , staff is very friendly and they always do fun stuff for Residents we always feel like we live in Resort they spoil us we love love ❤️ it here no Place like any other In Ooltewah this place is one of the Best to live in and feel special especially Having Starbucks coffee every day Fresh !!!
