I have lived in this complex since April 2024 and have grown to love the location and community. Previously known as Hawthorne At The Parkway, it has recently undergone a change in management and name. The complex is now known as Crestline Cary. Original Review (5 stars): My wife, I, and our children have been living here since January 2023. We love the location, amenities, our neighbors, and community management. We feel at home here. Update (1 star): Since the change of ownership from Hawthorne at the Parkway to Crestline Cary, my experience has drastically changed for the worse. First of all, all these reviews are from previous property management not the current one! The current property management is a complete and udder mess, very unprofessional and in my opinion they have no personal relation skills. The stories from my fellow residents along with my own encounters are just ridiculous. Please save your self time and money and the pain of the head aches this place will give and go somewhere else!! UPDATE; The review below is for the prior management. It is under new management as of mid January 2026 and assessing them is TBD. This has been the most pleasant and helpful leasing community. The office staff is super friendly and accommodating, the residents are really friendly, maintenance is great (altho I've barely needed them, but that's what I hear), and it's a super dog friendly community too. I've heard so many nightmare stories about other places so I'm really grateful for everyone here and this place.
