⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent apartments with a peaceful, calm environment and great management! Mr. Bailie and Ms. Alicia from the leasing staff are especially helpful, friendly, and professional. The maintenance team is also great and responsive. Highly recommend Crestline Cary Apartments!
Do not live here. The front office staff is extremely poor at communicating with you and when you call in they either don't answer the phone or tell you they will resolve it and call you back and never do call back. And when you finally get ahold of them and explain the situation to them and how their lack of communication resulted in the problem they are extremely rude about it. We recently moved into this community, and we absolutely love it! Our unit is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Everything inside the apartment is great, and the exterior and overall community are also very clean, beautiful, and well-kept. The management and staff are extremely helpful, kind, polite, and professional. Whenever we have a question or even a small issue, the management, staff, and maintenance team do their best to help. So far, great customer service with disappointing follow-through Unfortunately, my first impression of this apartment has been less positive than I'd want. I'm happy enough with the space and amenities, but the biggest issue I've hit since moving in very recently is the quality of the turnover between residents. The downstairs neighbors are incredibly loud, and management has done absolutely nothing about it. We have brought this issue to their attention countless times, yet nothing has changed. The neighbors themselves have also been arrogant and incredibly rude whenever the issue has been addressed. Trying to contact management is another nightmare.
