I have just renewed my lease. I would not move from here anytime soon. The staff IS better than any I have met. The maintenance staff is outstanding and NEVER leave any mess or disturb your apartment in any way. The neighbors are kind and speak greetings when met. The area surrounding the property is wonderful. New Yorkers, come on down the temp is great.

We have been here since September and love it! I love the community events and how they incorporate your children and pets! I feel very safe here and haven’t met a single person I didn’t feel welcomed by!
We've lived here for two years, and this is honestly the first apartment I've truly loved. The management team is incredible, and they seriously do make you feel welcomed by going out of their way to add special touches. From moving in, to our birthdays, to simply stopping by to get mail (which I did ALL the time, and they were so friendly and organized), it's personalized and you can tell that they do care about their tenants. It was my first time visiting a friend at his apartment, the apartment office had a nice eclipse pool party yesterday and also they had solar glasses for everyone, beautiful pool, nice apartment great location
I love our home. Staff goes above and beyond to make things happen for you. It's a clean and safe environment. There are a lot of kids here too! Good school district. Kevin, Tanya, Earica, and the rest of the staff are amazing folks. There are always different events going on and the staff is a part of the mint hill community. They participate in everything from marathons to parades!
