This is my luxury apartment in Charlotte, NC the day I moved in, AKA Mint Hill off Albemarle Rd. / Hwy 51. Stains on the wall, hair in the drains, dirty microwave, dirty vents, dirty commands, etc. Bump the oven the light comes on, the washer only runs hot water, The people above us turn over the bed and make noise consistently, usually between 2:30am and 5:30am, but anytime. Recommendedlived here for a few years maintenance is fast to fix any issues, the office staff is very friendly and the monthy get togethers are a lot of fun!
The staff acts very quickly once a work order is submitted or are made aware of something. Common areas are kept clean. Maintence staff very visible and active in the community. Lots of Amenities....from the pool, to the outside fire place, to the gardens. We enjoyed fresh vegetables from our garden this year.
