RecommendedFor about 3 years now, we have been proud to call this neighborhood home... it's pleasant, clean, staff feels like longtime friends and everyone speaks in the mornings 😁
The staff are friendly, the apartments more spacious than the newer complexes I visited and the neighborhood does feel safe. My issue is the huge cockroaches that have been a regular occurrence in my apartment since I moved here in March. I have 3 inch critters crawling around several times a week. The interior has been sprayed at least four times so far but the roaches continue to find a way into my kitchen and bathrooms. Makes me want to move!
I love this apartment complex. The staff are friendly and efficient. The property has the best amnesties I’ve seen and the complex and apartments are beautiful! I’m glad I chose this as my home. 10/10 would recommend👍
I have lived here for about 2 years. It has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I feel safe in this neighborhood. I am glad I chose the Hawthorne at Lily Flagg.
This was the first apartment I had away from home. I enjoy that it is close to a grocery store and people I know. The rooms are great sizes and the staff are nice. The porches add a nice touch to decorate and be outside.
My family and I have been living at Hawthorne at Liliy Flagg for over a Year, and we love it. Administration employees are awesome they treat you as family and always try to do the best to help with any concern or question. I recommend these apartments anyone that is in search of a new home. There is also a since of peace living here. Thank you for making this place feel like home.
There is no consideration given to tenants so that we have adequate parking spaces. There are storage containers in our parking lot that should be near the maintenance building. We also have continuous water outages, and they shut off whole blocks and buildings to do repairs. Nobody answers the phone for emergencies. There should be someone that answers calls after hours. It is after 7PM now and there is no water. Very unprofessional and disturbing.
Love the staff! Always doing fun events for the family's!
