We just renewed our lease and enjoy living here. The grounds and apartments are well kept and the staff is friendly. They are always looking for activities for the residents and have had some fun ones already. The maintenance staff is great - we had some small issues that they quickly resolved - the first time and always with a smile! We enjoy living here - good place for couples, families and retirees. There is a good sense of community here and we plan to stay. The location is great and safe. Keep up the good work!
Everything what people want to have in their "dream apartment" they can find at Hawthorne at Lake Norman! That is cosy atmosphere, positive and competentive staff, great service, clean and quiet community, and a lot of interesting events!!! The perfect place, where I want to stay Forever!)
Beautiful place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and the apartments are very spacious. The rooms all have granite countertops, garden tubs, washers/dryers, private patios, and high ceilings. I highly recommend checking this place out!
I've lived here for approximately 5 months and I absolutely love it! The community is very well maintained and the amenities are great!!! The staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond to make me feel like I am part of a community - not just renting an apartment. Moving here from Ohio was a breeze! The staff was super helpful and accommodating when I could not physically come visit and set everything up. I love the layout of my apartment and having my own garage underneath me is the best!! I move often for my job and this is definitely one of my favorite places I have lived! I highly recommend!
Love living here! Been here for about 8 months and no complaints! We relocated to Mooresville from DC and had to move quickly so we found this place online and signed a lease sight-unseen. Definitely a risky move, and after seeing some other communities in the area, I feel so lucky that we picked this place. Quiet community with people/families of all ages. Everyone is courteous, the amenities are awesome, and the staff puts on fun events throughout the year. Highly recommend!
