Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful! The maintenance is so fast and reliable. The staff is just so easy to access whenever you need anything.
Love a lot about this place but THEY NEVER HAVE MY PACKAGES. I’ve spent so many frustrating minutes in the office searching through the closet only to be told it’s a fed ex issue, or to check my mail box, or that even though it’s LOGGED IN THE BOOK that it’s not there. Even when a door tag has been left clearly stating that it was left at the office, it’s nowhere to be found. My roommate’s package was once “discovered” in the closet 4 months after delivery (thankfully her credit card company had dropped the charge in the mea... read more
Hawthorne at Kennesaw is hands down the best community I've ever lived in! Not only is the staff friendly, understanding, helpful, and responsive, but the actual apartments are very well built. Well insulated and high quality construction. The best part however, is even though it's a quiet and comfortable community, people are neighborly and we all get together and know each other. This place will exceed your expectations! The community is respectful, quiet and clean. All the amenities are kept up with especially the beautiful pool! Maintenance is prompt and the entire office staff are extremely helpful and genuinely compassionate. And of course my husbands favorite amenity is the free Starbucks coffee in the office...we're talking freshly ground and brewed right before your eyes real coffee! We have lived here for 6 months and we absolutely love it! The staff is amazing, any issues are taken care of quicklly. It’s very quiet here. The staff has many parties and get-togethers for us to get to know our neighbors.
This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and always looking to help. The apartment is beautiful with lots of room. The gate is broken quite often but besides that all the amenities are kept up well. It's very quite where we're at. The residents are always kept in the loop and updated in a timely fashion about anything that goes on around Hawthorne. I would definietly recommend this complex.
