If you are thinking about moving here, don’t. They had a series of car break-ins last night and said they aren’t accommodating residents although it is technically their fault since the gate was left open. They said they had to open the gate because their phones were down, well that’s not my problem. The gate is always open at some point. Sad excuse for management, especially when you pay your rent on time every month.

Maintence and the front office staff are not helpful or reliable when there is a problem. I’ve had a leak in my closet that I have brought to the attention to since FEBRUARY and the only method of action was a humidifier was brought to control the moisture. On Friday, I’ve noticed mold and the carpet is damaged and soaked through. I was told someone would look at the carpet the very same night. Nobody came and it’s Monday.
