If I could give this hotel a zero I would!!! Front desk is RUDE and BEYOND INCONSIDERATE! They have people from another country working and they have the audacity to come to AMERICA with an ATTITUDE! They couldn’t get me into my room due to lack of education on the card reader. I arrived around 10:30pm for my 2 night reservation and sat in the lobby until almost 2:00am when I was told that I would have to get a refund and find somewhere else, at this time of night there aren’t many options so we had to sleep in the car. Under construction when we checked in. The rooms were sub par, there was an inch of dust on the refrigerator, the chair at the desk was covered in dust. The peep hole in the door was stuffed with toilet paper. The shower had a drip from the ceiling and the tub should have been gleaned with clorox to remove the stains. No hot breakfast due to construction and I feel we should have been notified. The only thing was that it was close to where we went to each day. ….
