Booked for a 10 night stay left on the 9th night, we received no room service the entire stay the most they did was remove the trash and dirty linen from by the door, no real room service. All amenities listed online in the summary are nonexistent at this time! This entire place is under construction which should be listed prior to booking, this was a $1,200 stay and we couldn’t enjoy basic hospitality. Under Renovation..April 2026 Rooms where ok not bad. relatively clean. Still a lot of paint spots from lack of drop clothes. Really hard to find good help these days. Worth the money less than 75/nite during renovation. Sill a lot of the extended stay type at property. Saw probation officers serving papers. Not for all. But if you are poor like me maybe ok. Das Hotel war eine Baustelle. Gebucht haben wir inklusive Frühstück, dies war aber aufgrund der Renovierung nicht verfügbar. Diese wurde uns erst bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Der Pool war ebenfalls geschlossen.

Das Hotel wird schon seit Monaten renoviert, bei der Buchung erhält man darüber keinerlei Information. Wir haben es erst Vorort erfahren. Frühstück war eigentlich inklusive, gab es aufgrund der Renovierungsarbeiten aber nicht. Lediglich eine Kaffee to go. Pool war ebenfalls immer noch geschlossen. Die Bilder online auf den Buchungsportalen passen nicht mit der Realität zusammen. Überall standen Werkzeuge etc. rum. Unser Zimmer war wohl eins der renovierten, aber leider verdreckt. I made my reservation online but when I got there, they had renovations going on. The pool and breakfast area were closed. They offered a full refund and helped me with the app I used. It took anout 30 minutes for the complete refund to go through between the hotel, app & my bank. I recommend this hotel for their willingness to help.
