THE BED WAS OK BUT THE BATHROOM AND THE FLOOR WAS NASTY AND NEED REPAIR. THE SINK AND TUB CRACKS. BACK OF BATHROOM DOOR AND SINK HAD RED,BLACK, AND BLONDE HAIRS. THERE WAS FINGER PRINT ON THE MIRROR AND REFRIGERATOR. THE FLOOR WAS THE NASTY OF ALL. GET A RAG WET IT AND GO OVER THE FLOOR. IF IT COMES OUT DIRTY THE HAS NOT BEEN CLEAN. I WAS PROMISE 50% OFF MY FIRST NIGHT I HAVE NOT GOT IT YET

Overall stay was short so we only experienced one night's stay. Room was spacious and comfortable but definitely felt old and outdated. There was a random glass door in this (corner) room that looked like a business office entrance leading directly to the outside with old broken blinds to shield the sunlight. The iron available in the room did not work well and burned a hole in my dress when trying to use it and a dead cockroach was found in the bathtub after using it overnight. Booked through Expedia. Arrived for late check in and the room was not cleaned at all. Floors, tub, toilet, countertop, fridge, etc all not cleaned. The main areas were also very very dirty. The front desk was very understanding when I discussed the condition of the room and requested a refund on the non refundable reservation. Expedia also approved the refund. Thankfully was able to get a full refund and book another hotel at 8pm for my weekend trip but was definitely not expecting this at all based on the photos on the web... read more
