This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Cleanliness & Odor The room reeked of marijuana upon entry, and there was drug paraphernalia left around the space. This created an unsafe and very uncomfortable environment for guests. Bedding & Surfaces The bedding was appalling — stained sheets, torn pillowcases, and an overall lack of hygiene. We checked in, the people were friendly but could not accommodate the handicap room needed. So we took a lower level room. The floors were NASTY!! The sink was not cleaned. There was trash from the previous tenant behind the nightstand. There was a dirty washcloth still on the shower rod and a receipt from a week earlier in the fridge.
