Bedside manner is very important, and the 1st and only time I saw Dr. Matthew Kippe, he was arrogant and cocky. “Why are you here? I don’t work with knees.” “Sigh…This might be a waste. Who made this appt?” I had an acute injury (a suspected torn ACL. I called Primacare Ortho and was told they don’t deal with torn ACL’s (which I thought was weird.) They told me to call Dr. Kippe. Excellent orthopedist. I was suffering from a severe injury to my shoulder, but he successfully repaired everything, and I no longer suffer from chronic pain. I just take care of my shoulder to keep it healthy.
