He takes his time to talk to you so you can understand. He has an excellent bedside manner his staff including his Medical assistant and medical secretary are also very nice, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.
Dr. Chen’s expertise, professionalism, and plain old ’bedside manner’ were so deeply appreciated for my 98-year-old friend who was recently seen at Hawthorne Urgent Care. Not only was Dr. Chen exceptional in his medical care, but also had that special ’extra’ quality of patience....somewhat of a ’lost art’ in the medical field. The Hawthorne Urgent Care Center really has its protocols together during this time of COVID 19. Efficient and Safe and above all, Competent.
