Called at 9am, was put on hold for 24 minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung up.. called back and was transferred again, currently still on hold 15 minutes later..
This one star review has nothing to do with the medical staff. We absolutely love Dr. Bender. Him and his team deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately, every time I have tried calling over the past week I have been waiting 15 minutes for someone to pick up before giving up. Today, I waited for 30 minutes and no one picked up. I was trying to reschedule an appointment for tomorrow and do not want to be considered a no-call-no-show. My wife and I was there today 10/21/25. Seeing our foot Dr. And my wife's appointment wasn't covered by our health insurance because our primary care physician didn't acknowledge the referrals that were sent over so she could be treated. I had pay $50 out of pocket which we have a limited income. Secretaries not doing there jobs. People SUCK and it makes me 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
