Avoid at all costs. Imagine this: Call a week before my physical to see if bloodwork needs to be done. Told there is no order for bloodwork so they'll ask my doctor and get back to me. Never do. Go for my physical and the doctor asks about bloodwork. Sends me to first floor to get it done after my appointment. They literally sit me in the chair only to tell me there's no order for bloodwork. I love my primary but have been diognosed with BC and seeked for a 2nd opinion at DF. The referral dept has been such a problem and causing me so much stress. I should be worried about my health and staying positive instead I am worrying about billing and why the referal dept at hawthorne is not refering me to dana farbar like i need right now. MY HUSBAND WENT TO URGENT CARE ON TUESDAY, JULY 22ND AT ABOUT 5:30. HE WAS HAVING STOMACH PAIN. MELISSA CAME IN TO GET ALL HIS INFORMATION. SHE SAID HE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY TESTS DONE BECAUSE OF THE TIME OF DAY. AFTER TALKING TO HIM AND REALIZING WE WERE LEAVING FOR VACATION ON SUNDAY, SHE WENT BACK TO HER DESK AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO GET HIM ALL THE TESTS HE NEEDED.
