They need to hire more support staff!! 15-20 minutes on hold to speak with my doctor's office?! And since they have become Brown associated - terrible phone system!!! The main operator put me through to my doctor's office, I was on hold more than 30 minutes, so I hung up and called back. The main operator stated that they went to lunch!!! Why didn't they tell me that before connecting me or why wasn't the lunch break info on my doctor's extension! Ugh!
Impossible to get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment. I have been calling for a full week every day, the phone number at times doesn't work at all then other times you get on hold for 10-15 minutes just to have the call drop out.
Brown takes over and there's no way to reach your Dr. I spent all morning trying to get a hold of my Dr's office! Just to get Jung up on by their new phone service! I have to go into the hospital for testing and can't get a hold of anyone to find out where to go! This has been the most unprofessional experience since I've started going there! Brown looks like it's going to sink hawthorn. They obviously could care less on patient experience!
Booked an appointment yesterday for today, show up they tell me they can’t see me. No one has a clue what’s going on.
