The room was fine.(My wife cleaned it anyway) We requested housekeeping service the night before, as instructed. No one entered the room to change the bath linens, make the beds or empty the trash which stunk. When I complained to the front desk, the guy tried to imply that I had a DND placard on the door or something. He offered to switch our room. We weren't going to pack up and move again! He gave me some towels and sent me on my way with no offer of consideration. The breakfast was good.
Had the pleasure of staying here for four nights and had a very satisfying stay! The hotel was very calm, quiet, and clean with plenty of parking. In a good location with quick access to the interstate, as well as minutes from tons of restaurants. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, sink, small range, and microwave. This is our first night here but I already have to give them 5 stars. We have yet to find an apartment, my husband just started working in the area. I originally booked an extended stay elsewhere and decided it was not suitable for our stay. Desperately searching for a clean/safe extended stay for my family after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere, it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Friendly, clean, the front desk and management were very welcoming.
Booked same day as stay and much more reasonably priced than nearby hotels. Although not fancy, it was clean and quiet. Good breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again on next trip to Knoxville.
The staff is very friendly, the environment is quiet and clean, the price is reasonable and there is a discount for first-time stays. It is highly recommended.
