Recently stayed here for 4 days. The location, staff and property were excellent. Appers it was recently remodeled . Reserved a handicap room, which my travel partner needed. Was surprised there was no walk in shower but a usual step in (over) type tub which was difficult to maneuver, there was multiple grab bars and a bench. Also the tub itself when wet and soapy was VERY slippery, would have been nice to have something on the bottom to help prevent it from being slippery .
Very upscale extended stay. Nice room, amenities are terrific. Staff is wonderful.
Good breakfast! Nice big clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator still weird but it gets the job done. Per other reviews the lights have been haywire on the floor indicators for a year now, so apparently at this point it is just normal operation! We would definitely stay here again.
Crowded
Best hotel in West Knox. Full kitchen, actual fridge. USB and c port chargers built in beside the bed. Plenty of storage. The staff is amazing!!! Always kind, always helpful, and they are just everything you want when you’re staying at a hotel for whatever reason. Not once have I been treated in a rude way.
