Very knowledgeable and went way out of their way to help me with my problem
I visited Hawleys because my bicycle had a flat i went to Walmart not one soul in Walmart could help me they didnt even know the size of the inner tube. So when i went to Hawley they were so helpful i was delighted, how ever the tire went flat with in 24 hours when i brought it back they fixed it with no qustions and even fine tuned my bike very knoweledgable staff with great coffee if your an advent biker Hawleys is your spot.
I am absolutely satisfied with my new cannondale fsi Carbon 4. Mastin and the entire staff made sure I had the right bike to do the job for these long races I ride for the price range I was looking for. I was not sure about the Lefty fork at first, but Mastin brought out a customers bike with one on there bike, and let me actually see it to get a good understanding of how it works and to address my concerns.
