Jen was very helpful when we came in to look at bikes. She explained the many features and what would work best for what I was looking for. We were very pleased with the customer service we received and went home with 2 bikes and a bike seat for our toddler!
highly recommend buying a bike from them I've had another awsome experience here I just bought a brand new talon 3 2018 in 29in which was the last talon for that year finally got the bike I was wanting and will go back there many years to come they will work with any budget and make sure a bike fits you. thanks again
I ordered a road bike online and it was shipped to Hawley's Bicycle World. They put it together for me within about an hour of it arriving at their store. They called me right after that and I picked it up the next day. It being my first bike, they also helped me get set up with the accessories I needed and made sure it was adjusted correctly for my height. They even informed me of local cycling groups. Wonderful store with knowledgable associates. I walked in there and with a budget and it was met to with money to spare. I am extremely satisfied with new bike and the gear for triathlons.
