Will not go back I'm very dissatisfied with Hawleys. I purchased a new bike, and the sales person spent very little time or effort sizing me approximately 20 minutes, I can also tell this because my back neck and shoulders ache every time I ride. there are also scuff marks all along the seatpost where they changed it several times. Found several places where the paint was chipped off the bike when I got it home. I payed over 1500.00 for this bike. Looking for a sale If you are looking for a bike that is not one you can buy at walmart when then this is the place to go. If you want a sale then stop by. When you walk into the store you are greeted right away and told that they are there to answer your questions. You can look around and not be bothered and if you want to try the bike out they will let you. the friendly staff helped me in making the right decision on a bike and I am happy to this day with it. Excellent Bike Shop Extremely happy with going here. Sales guy was Mark. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I was wanted. Which was I wanted to commute to work, it was 10 miles one way, relatively flat, I didn't want to have to lean forward on my bike, and that I would need to carry books and things to and from work, all for around $400. they have everything you need We went to Hawleys to find a bike with a seat attached for our son. They had us settled in no time and we really enjoyed meeting the employee. The store is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. We will definatly do business here soon. They have so many things to see and purchase. If you like bikes this is a great place to go.
friendly and helpful I went to Hawley's for the first time and found some great deals. I have noticed the huge bicycle on the roof of the building for years. I needed a bicycle pump with a special needle and they carried it. The store was clean and the employees friendly. There were lots of sales on other priducts and accessories. The parking lot is small but there is additional parking next door at the Burger King. PROS: huge bicycle on roof to attract customers CONS: small building
great bicycle buying experience I recently went in to Hawley's looking for my first real bike. I was overwhelmed at all the choices, and was pleasantly surprised to find someone willing to take the time and explain them to me. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I went in to buy a bike, and came out with a lifestyle. My follow up visits have gone great, always someone there to greet me with a smile answer all of my many questions. I would recommend them to everyone.

Wow this bicycle shop is by far the best in Fayetteville. It was a honor being helped by Tyler he is awesome and pointed me in the right direction for a awesome bike. I haven’t physically rode a bike in almost 10/15 years and I rode a bit nervous. I absolutely love my bike and very pleased about my purchase and customer service.
Friendly staff members who are knowledgeable and helpful to customers. I enjoyed my purchase and will definitely be going back soon for my biking needs. Give them a visit before ordering online. 5 stars without a doubt.
