Overall, building with DR Horton was a great experience. Jodi on the sales side was phenomenal to work with, and Rick, the builder, was absolutely amazing throughout the process and still continues to be—he’s been very solid and responsive when it comes to warranty items as well. When i ask for for a paint touch up or to fix overspray this is the reply. Warranty is a hit or miss with these people.
Great new home selection
I lived out of state and couldn’t find the right sales agent until Nicole Arbuckle. Nicole not only did multiple live feeds and had no problem addressing my numerous questions and concerns. She was very patience when my local family did a walk through. Nicole is the best agent around! The manager Steve has been quick to address some concerns and made sure all has been resolved.
