Hawks Landing is the best apartment complex in Oxford! The apartments are so nice and perfect for me and my roommates. The pool and sand volleyball were awesome in the summer and beginning of the school year. The other amenities were also so convenient. The office staff were great too especially with helping with all problems! The rent price is something you can't pass up!
Everything in our apartment continually broke. Front office people were difficult to deal with. Obvious other people share my opinion since they practically have to beg people to live there. Since Miami's enrollment is going up, you would think Hawks Landing wouldn't have problems filling their apartments, but they do.
Hawk's Landing is the best place to live in Oxford, Ohio! With all the great summer activities, it is never a dull place! My personal favorite is the sand volleyball courts & FREE tanning! I would have to pay hundreds extra each year for a gym, tanning and pool membership, but why do that when you can get it all included in the price of rent? I have met so many new friends at Hawk's you should come join!
