Close the gym, close the office, provide phone and online contact only with office staff, but put students kicked out of dorms into apartments with residents and force strangers to live together during a pandemic? Dangerous, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and stupid.
RecommendedThe apartments are very nice and the office has a lot of free food. Location is far, but the bus stop is close by. I recommend living here!

First impression... Tired of being nickle and dimed! We paid a FULL month's rent for August but had to pay an additional $180 for early move-in because grad school starts 1 week earlier then the rest of the university. Now we are being charged a $23 penalty PER DAY since 8/29 for not having renters insurance even though we've had it since 8/20 and uploaded documentation on 8/29 as required. Super annoyed at this point! 🤬

The pool here is amazing. The office workers are so nice. The inside of the apartments were recently renovated so they look amazing. Love this home away from home!
Honestly wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, they act like it's affordable but there are SO many hidden fees it's insane, I moved out in July and a month later they charge me 80 dollars for a "cleaning fee" that probably never happened considering both times I moved into an apartment there they were absolutely filthy and I've refused to pay them until they let me see this 80 dollar "cleaning" job. LITERALLY AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
