COWBOYS! have used this company several times, only because the previous home owner had used them. So, i called them out to get my air-con fixed, their senior service technician of course told me it could not be repaired so told me that it would cost $9000 to install a new system. whilst he was at the house, he decided that he wanted to look at all the other systems too. so, with that said, he then came back into the house to tell me that at least one of the other systems would need replacing soon so he could do that for an ... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Worst company of any kind I have ever worked with! You can read my entire review on Angie's List (too long for Google), which was done this same day. Bottom line, this company doesn’t care the slightest about the customer, only how to get the job done the easiest way for them, and their exact words when they were here correcting their mistake, was they were going to do it in a way that's “most convenient for us”.
