Normally I'm pretty happy with Hawkins. However, tonight 09/14 I came in around 8:30 and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce tomato and to add bacon and cheddar. I was told they would the crispy bacon and Swiss with no lettuce and tomato and cheddar instead since it would be cheaper. Fine by me. Waited about 10 minutes which isn't unusual only to get home to find literally a couple of chicken strips with only mayo. We went around 6:45 last night and they were pretty busy. We ordered our food, waited patiently and received our drinks and bags. We started to leave when we realized one whole meal was missing. Flipped around and went back. My husband went to the window while I waited with hungry wound up kids. After about 15 minutes we had the rest of our food.
