Extremely happy with the storage units on 12th and Illinois in Mason City. Prompt service when needed and Bianca has been more than helpful and courteous when answering my requests.
Cancelled the unit to save money and got treated rudely on the phone never going to use them again. Called to harrass for the review after I posted it
I have been so frustrated with everything, because I am not used to the new technology of today. But Bianca was very helpful and most of all very patient and understanding. Again, I say "thank you" and keep up the good work..
Bianca was very helpful and informative. I was able to get a unit for my daughter in a day. Highly recommend.
