Honestly the looking, riding and talking to Kyle (our salesman) even the sales manager were GREAT. The downward part was when the negotiations started. They took an HOUR before the first offer even came in. We were already on a time crunch not expecting a bike and let it be known from the beginning. After we counter offered it was another 1/2hr before they came back with theirs. The process in general took far longer than it should have. I called ahead to see if parts department had some extensions I needed for a bar replacement they said they had them in stock, I drove an hour there and they had no clue what they were talking about and did not have anything close... This is just the reason why I quit doing business there...
