As a female rider, I often get overlooked as a customer. Dillon did the opposite. He approached and helped me rather than speaking with my husband about the bike. Carver was extremely helpful as well with finance and talked to me as the buyer. Although we didn't purchase a bike this time, we will definitely return. Ladies, this place is the best! Great service..Friendly Staff...No run around..Straight forward and did a great job getting Shane onto the bike he wanted!
My wife and I stopped in about a month ago to look at bikes as I am a first time buyer. The folks in there were super friendly, and knowledgeable!! I'm working on repairing my credit and I told them that up front!! They were very willing to help me, not only find the right bike, but work within my budget, and help me get financed!! When I'm ready to pull the trigger (when the wife says yes lol) I will definitely be buying my first bike from the folks at McGrath's!!!
