The staff is always there to make sure you get everything you need and treat you like family. Service and parts always willing to go the extra mile. Best place to buy a bike hands down
Bought a new bike in January and it's been nothing but a headache. Also bought freedom package. With only 250 miles the sprocket bolts came loose and sheared off. During my 1000 mile service they saw the rear abs wire was worn through. Took almost 3 weeks to get back. Then returned it dirty. Normally bikes get washed everytime they leave the shop.

I just had a dealing with Phil at McGraths and while we did not come to an agreement, they honestly were a good group to deal with. Friendly, professional and all decent people. I would still recommend even though i did not purchase. Phil is a good salesman and the sales manager was excellent as well
