great people! you need to go in just to see and talk John seals manger and Mike AKA Big Bird Rick the sales person I had and the list goes on. Everyone was so great and fun to talk to. I could go on and on about how great they took care of me even before I bought the Trike and told them I was just looking.
McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson did me a solid on repair of my 13 Roadglide. The service department and I reviewed my damaged motor and talked about options for a better running and more dependable engine set up. So far so good. I've been as far east as Washington DC and as far west as the Idaho/Oregon state line. Smooth ride and very responsive on the throttle. Mikey likey. WOW !!!! Drove from davenport on Saturday. Little did I think to check the hours . Rode to a locked door. The employees all getting ready to leave for the day. As they pull out one of them ask if we were ok. I told him yeah just looking to get a leather jacket for my girlfriends birthday. But that wasn't going to happen, because you are obviously closed..... He said we can let you in and look. He took off on his bike caught the other employee ... Forgot her name but was awesome.. Our bike broke down on the way to Sturgis today and even though they couldn't get the parts in to fix it, they were very helpful in looking at other options, their customer service in the store and in the service and parts department was phenomenal. I would recommend this HD dealer to anyone. Thanks again for all your help!
