New to the family but have nothing but great words for the entire staff. Very helpful and accommodating for any stupid question from this newbie.
At Mcgrath you won't go away disappointed. Super nice staff. The ladies are great to work with. They go the distance to help you find what you want. The sales people go all out to get you into your ride as they did for us. Highly recommend to other riders to stop in and feel the joy of shopping and hawkeye Harley Davidson store.

Awesome service from the moment you walk in the door!! Every department from sales, apparel, parts, service and finance are all friendly, helpful and happy to help in whatever way you might need. Ethan is awesome and we appreciate his knowledge, experience and his ability to get to know us as more than just a customer. He asks all the right questions and gets you fit to the perfect bike or in my case FLRT Trike!!! We tell everyone about McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson. Top notch 5 star service in my book for sure!!
