After my last experience there when crap was added to my service bill and the fact you can get the same job done just down the street for 1/2 the cost. I bought my 16 RoadGlide there but won’t be back due to their slimy ways on servicing after the sale. Not a very happy customer tonight.
Nothing beats the McGrath Hawkeye HD's friendly & fun staff & customer service. And their selection of bikes & assecories are awesome. And I have to mention the really fun events McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson puts on. McGrath Hawkeye HD is truly 1 of the best HD promoter franchise I have been too!

Now THAT us the way people should be greeted and helped at a Harley dealership! My husband & I are in Iowa City today. Went to McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson. We were greeted when we walked in the door in a very friendly, non-overbearing way. We were made to feel welcomed. The young lady in Motorclothes was also friendly and helpful and not overbearing. We were very pleased with our visit there & will be back! Reminded us of how our local dealership used to be. Way to go McGrath Hawkeye HD!
