I thought Dr. Zwart should have explained her plan of action to both my husband & me. My husband has memory deficit & didn't even remember having been to their office.

Janelle was fantastic! I was terrified to go to the dentist again but she made it bearable.
Everything went well. No surprises. Exceptionally friendly, caring and gentle staff. I have never had to wait past my appointment time until this last visit. They were obviously very busy because this time I did have to wait - about 20 minutes. That didn't bother me at all, but it could bother people who had other places to be after their appointment. Like I mentioned, it has never happened before.
