RecommendedHawk PHAC sent one of their best plumbers, Michalel Smith, to our home to replace an outdoor faucet and the under sink flex hoses and shut off valves. They came out quickly and at my convenience. He arrived right on time. He explained what he was doing as he worked and made it a learning experience for me. He helped me make the best repair choices. I really appreaciated his approach. I will definitely look forward to seeing Mr. Smith the next time I need any plumbig repairs. Thanks Hawk. Five Stars.

RecommendedWhile fixing my toilet, Hawk Heating and Air noticed my water heater wasn't hooked up correctly....and immediately fixed it - with no charge to me. ❤️❤️ This "little issue" could have had pretty terrible consequences for my son and myself. These guys are the best - always going above and beyond. They are fair, honest and I truly believe may have saved our lives.

RecommendedExcellent customer service across the board, from initial call to dispatch to service tech. I like that they are a local small business. They went out of their way to provide a same day repair on the a/c. It's always nice to receive a thank you follow up call to make sure expectations were met. I would not hesitate to call again and I highly recommend them.
