RecommendedThese guys did everything the other local AC & heating people could not/would not. The other company took major advantage of my situation as a new homeowner, the exuberantly overcharged me, and then wanted an extra 1900 to install a thermostat. I've used Hawk for over 20 years. They have always been prompt, skillful and reasonable priced. I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing or HVAC work on my house.
Very thorough! It was a tough plumbing issue and hard to figure out but they worked fast, figured it out, fixed it and made sure to clean up afterwards. From the moment Josh answered the phone after hours I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional and very detailed in explaining what he thought the leak was caused by. He was able to get a technician out first thing the next morning. Michael showed up and was just awesome! He explained the process and options we had with fixing the leak. Hawk PHAC sent one of their best plumbers, Michalel Smith, to our home to replace an outdoor faucet and the under sink flex hoses and shut off valves. They came out quickly and at my convenience. He arrived right on time. He explained what he was doing as he worked and made it a learning experience for me. He helped me make the best repair choices. I really appreaciated his approach. While fixing my toilet, Hawk Heating and Air noticed my water heater wasn't hooked up correctly....and immediately fixed it - with no charge to me. ❤️❤️ This "little issue" could have had pretty terrible consequences for my son and myself. These guys are the best - always going above and beyond. They are fair, honest and I truly believe may have saved our lives.
