Hawg Wild offers a smoked boston butt (vinegar and sweet sauce) and beef brisket that are chopped along with smoked chicken and Saint Louis Ribs. The standards of slaw, fries, baked beans and hushpuppies come along on the side. We also offer burgers, hot dogs, salads, trout, grilled chicken and many other sides to appeal to all tastes in a comfortable down home environment. The food is always excellent, and the wait staff always pleasant. Always a good place to go and to bring out of town friends, or to meet up with local friends!
Love this place! The mac n cheese bites are awesome! The BBQ is some of the best I've had along with the atmosphere and the staff is spot on!
Been there a few times. Was great every time. We frequent the area. We live in Atlanta and plan to eat there many more times when we camp on the BRP

Food was great!!! Our waitress was awesome and so sweet! We had a big party in the back for Christmas with some out of town family. They were closing but told us to take our time and not worry, all of the staff are great. ☺️🏻
Excellent food, absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, music wasn't too loud and got our food very fast. Enjoyed this place very much so!
We love this area and now when we visit, which is like 3 times a month, we have a bbq restaurant to come to. It was amazing.
The food is good, and the people are great! I stop by every year after an annual backpacking trip, and this year I left my map. I called to ask if they would mail it to me, and they promptly did. And with an extra map! Guess where I'm eating after next year's trip? And the year after that...
This place was great. The service was great and the food was delicious. Loved the interior decor. It was a really busy place but we did not have a long wait... we're so glad I caught the sign as we were going down 280... we made a u-turn and came back and are GLAD we did!
