Hawg Wild offers a smoked boston butt (vinegar and sweet sauce) and beef brisket that are chopped along with smoked chicken and Saint Louis Ribs. The standards of slaw, fries, baked beans and hushpuppies come along on the side. We also offer burgers, hot dogs, salads, trout, grilled chicken and many other sides to appeal to all tastes in a comfortable down home environment. Me and my family have frequented this restaurant for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The manager and the owners are super nice people and go to Every extreme to make sure that you have a very satisfactory experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good food at a good price and a great atmosphere. if there was a 10 star button I would give it to them.

This place is my favorite for bbq we drive just over an hour to eat. The onion App is better then anyone else's imo the bbq sampler is so big we split it and bring home lunch for the next day. Seated quickly great service
Served about 80 of us like rockstars yesterday after we got back from 4 day Hike. Thanks for the great service!
Spur of the moment lunchtime stop after a trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway...drawn in by the incredible smell and kept there, despite a slight wait (at 2pm!) by awesome staff. Food was delish, especially Colby Jack Mac & cheese bites. Will be back next time we're in the area!
We don't live near by but when we are riding thru Pisgah Forest, We stop. One of my favorites
