The service we received was good but my 3 stars is based on availability. You can NEVER speak with anyone over the phone ever. And they charge over appointments that were never scheduled. They never had a no call no show fee but send a bill a year later for non existing appointments and tried to bill my insurance. Still, no one answers the phone and now their website shows the name change to Crossroads Psychological?
Dr. Henry is a wonderful psyciatrist. Funny, patient and really does have great advice. I had a pervious issue with billing, but they were quick to correct the issue.
