Hawaii Family Debtal- Kapolei was a wonderful experience for me. From the arrival to the front desk until the end. Everyone works with a professionalism & a welcoming team with a smile. Dr. Justin Ching took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions. Thank you so very much for taking care of me.
Not sure what all the great reviews are here. Lousy, lazy, and rude front desk women. Communication between workers and scheduling department here is also non-existent here. I had multiple voicemails left from them in 1 day asking if I can come in at three different times. Hell, I don't even want my dental data stored here after that. My dental plan switched because of a new contract at my workplace and so Hawaii Family Dental was one of the options.
