Mis-communication is at a ALL TIME HIGH . Try and speak to the same person for EVERYTHING. You're going to be given different answers for 1 question. Billing questions? How about a procedure you're having done?. It doesnt matter, you have a question? Expect multiple runaround of words. 2:00pm appt ,didn't leave till after 4:30pm for a temporary crown, ( close to a month,I thought I had a temporary crown placed ) at the Aiea office emergency root canal.
