Everything was great! I was able to go half an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the girls at the front. I was only sitting down less than a minute and was taken to the back, another 10 - 15 minutes early. The best thing about it is, I walked out the door without paying anything! Hahaha! I had braces at 12-13 years of age but at 58 my teeth had shifted back slightly to their original form. I was also having a painful jaw. Dr Baysa recommended that I get Invisalign to straighten my teeth and also to correct my bite. A few months into wearing the Invisalign I noticed that my jaw pain was significantly lessened. 10 months into wearing the Invisalign I have no jaw pain when opening my mouth or chewing as I had before. The whole staff and Dr. Baysa were so kind and friendly! They also accommodated me with an earlier appt that was originally scheduled a month later. I had my two boys with me (one being a toddler) that day and everyone was helping with them and never made me feel uncomfortable.
From the time I called to make my appointment until leaving the office, myself and my family were treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. So happy to find a great office in our neighborhood!
They were very professional. VERY quick to get me in. I was having problems and they were on it.
