I was so in pain over the weekend by Monday I had to search online for a dentist emergency that could help me with my pain. Most dentist was charging and arm and a leg it was ridiculous. I was so happy to have found Dr.Baysa Robert and said for me to come in they would be able to see me. I went in met all the staff and had a tour before we started. Aloha mai no - Mahalo no for a pleasant experience at todayʻs office visit. Essentially, in the past, dental visits have not been a pleasant experience. I didn't get her name. So I call her "Ading". She has the best bedside manner of all the dental hygeinists that ever cleaned my teeth. She made me feel really comfortable. Everybody else was great as usual.
As usual got in right away, staff friendly and professional. Who likes seeing the dentist?, but going to Dental Arts is never a downer. It's even fun because of the great team they have.
Great service. They keep good records and really know their patients.
Dental hygienist very competent.Sorry I cannot name her as three of the staff spoke through there masks which muffled their words beyond my ability to discern their words clearly. Office was clean and neat. Front office staff pleasant and competent. I will certainly return for regular cleanings.
Once again, a painless visit to the dentist. Parents, if your child is afraid of the dentist because their dentist caused pain, you need to visit Dr, Baysa. They will make your child feel at ease and will never be afraid to return. For me, I grew up going to a butcher who called himself a dentist. I was scarred for life until I met Dr. Baysa. Very professional staff that always welcomes you will a big smile. Check it out. You won't regret it!
I always look forward to going to Dental Arts. If any of you experienced growing up going to a butcher for a dentist, Dr. Baysa and staff will put at ease. First, they make you feel welcomed. Next, they comfort you. The professionals come in, do their thing and then you see Dr. Baysa. Always giving expert advice without thinking about doing it for the money. It's your health they are concerned about. Afraid of going to the dentist? Not here.
