I don't understand why I had to pay for HDS portion upfront. I would rather have paid after I received their check. I felt blind sided. This is the only reason I would not refer anyone. Everything else was Outstanding!

Didn't think about this until after I left and at home, but I realized there was no evaluation of my tooth & gum in terms of the hygenist giving feedback of spacing in millimeters around each tooth, that has been a regular practice in prior visits and in the prior office, without asking. thanks,
