Hygienist, Erin, is the best on the island. The doc, Mau, listened to me and and recommended several possible courses of action to both provide him more data for a more informed decision at a later date and also relieve the pain I'm experiencing without pills. Medicine at its best.Rated an eight because the reception people could do a little better job looking out for the pocketbook of the customer and scheduling appropriate time intervals for service.

The Dental Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what they would be doing to clean my teeth. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse, so she questioned me to make sure I'd taken my prophylactic Antibiotic before she began). She did a very thorough job and before leaving she offered to let me speak with my Dentist for any questions or problems (I declined since I had no current problems or questions. Dr. Oakley fixed my chipped tooth efficiently and without discomfort and pain to myself. Within 24 hours of the mishap, I was at Hawaii Family Dental Center in Hilo having my tooth fixed. Thanks to a wonderful, professional, and extremely helpful staff. Mahalo!
